It benefits the nervous, circulatory and muscular systems, bones, tendons, ligaments, and even the organs.  It can be used for sports injuries or general muscle strain, pregnancy discomfort, digestive irregularities, sleeplessness, restlessness, migraines, back, neck and hip pain, eye strain, teeth grinding and jaw tightness, general anxiety, and more. Regular massage is a tonic for the entire body and soul.
